How do we do it all, and who are we? We are a multi-national team of 5 in our Indianapolis office and 85 in our European offices in Ukraine. The five of us in Indianapolis are here for you to address your needs and answer any questions you may have.Our Staff of over 90 brilliant engineers and developers make-up the power behind the operation. They are available to you 24/7, to ensure that your services are running smoothly.The Swan Company has been established for 6 years now, however, our roots stretch back much further. Our management company has been working together for 10 years, having worked on projects prior to Swan.
Our Core Team is made up of 7 people, The President and CEO , The CFO, The Director of Operations, The VP of Marketing, The Technical Director, Our Legal Counsel, and our Business Development Associate.

HISTORY

Swan Software Solutions LLC was established in 2005 in Carmel, Indiana. The core members of the software development team, however, have been working together since 1996. Their first outsourced development projects were developed for Indianapolis-based Educational Financial Services Inc.This was a financial student loan company for which Alex Morozov (Swan Software Solutions President and CEO) worked.

These core members now make up the top managers and directors of our European Research & Development team. It ia this core team that  provides services to the US Market. Over the years the European Research & Development team have grown to more than 90 engineers and software developers.

As Swan’s reputation is being established in the US Market, the company is experiencing strong, consistent growth and success. We have successfully completed a great number of software development projects of different scales and complexities and continually exceed the expectations of our clients. We are an energetic, growing company with exceptional knowledge and expertise in technological development.

LEADERSHIP TEAM

Alex Morozov – President & CEO

Alex Morozov is a highly experienced Information Technology expert with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Alex the founder, has been President, and CEO of Swan Software Solutions LLC since 2006. Alex has three Master’s degrees and graduated Magna Cum Laude in Project Management, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering. He is married to his wife, Alla, with whom he has four children. Swan has been existing for six years  our roots stretch much further than that. Management team has been together for decade, having works on previous projects before the creation of Swan.

Vasyl Rizak – Affiliated Director of Operations

Professor Rizak has a Doctorate of Science degree from Uzhgorod National University in Ukraine. He holds honorary ranks at the Ukrainian Academy of Science and numerous foreign scientific academies and councils. He is a practicing professor at Uzhgorod National University and provides excellent resources for the Ukrainian software development team as the best and brightest students are offered internship positions within the company. Vasyl has been with Swan since 2006 and is responsible for management, human resources, and security at our Ukrainian office.

Alla Morozov – Vice President of Marketing

Alla Morozov has over 15 years of experience in the IT field as an Assistant Professor, Project Manager, and Business Development Manager. She has a Masters degree in Computer Science and holds a Project Management certification. Alla has been with the company since its inception and is well known in the Indianapolis business community. She is married to her husband, Alex, with whom she has four children.

Aleksey Drobnych – Affiliated Technical Director

Aleksey Drobnych, Ph.D, associated with Swan since it`s beginnings has successfully managed and closed a lot of software development projects. His primary responsibility is methodological work pertaining to Development Life Cycles and Development Environments, including setup and support. Currently, Aleksey is managing several development teams utilizing J2EE, .net, and Ruby-on-Rails development platforms involving as many as 60 engineers. He also functions as an IT trainer and Scrum Master.

Darrell Norris – Legal Counsel

Darrell Norris has been practicing law for 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law and Butler University. He has experience in Civil Trial Litigation, both plaintiff and defense, including Appeals, and has been General Corporation Counsel for an Indiana corporation engaged in domestic and international business. He has teaching  experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Indianapolis. Darrell has been a member of the Swan team since 2007.

Prolisok Kindergarten of Uzhgorod

Prolisok is a kindergarten in the city where 90% of our developers and engineers work. We provide this educational institute with regular donations as well as donations of our time and efforts. Our team has built several pieces of playground equipment for the children over the years. We look forward to contributing more of our services for many years to come.

The International Talent Academy of Indianapolis is an organization that encourages the cultivation of artistic talent from a young age. Their programs encourage early cerebral development through music, art, dance, and theatre. We provide regular donations to the Academy and donate our software and web development services as well.

Children International

Children International is a not-for-profit organization with the goal of helping children living in extreme poverty. Sponsoring of the child through the organization provides necesseties such as education, food, and support for a family, to be met in a meaningful, lasting way. Swan Software Solutions has been sponsoring two little girls for several years. Sheily Yazmin Lopez Garcia (left) is an 8-year old young girl from Guatemala and Mary Ann Rodriguez (right) is a 9-year old young girl from The Philippines.
