Alex Morozov - President & CEO

Alex Morozov is a highly experienced Information Technology expert with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Alex is the founder, President, and CEO of Swan since 2006. Alex has three Master’s degrees and graduated Magna Cum Laude in Project Management, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering. He is happily married to his wife, Alla, with whom he has four kids. Swan has been around for five years but our roots stretch much further than that. Our management team has been together for 10 years now, having worked on previous projects before the creation of Swan.

Vasyl Rizak - Affiliated Director of Operations

Professor Rizak has a Doctorate of Science degree from Uzhgorod National University in Ukraine. He holds honorary ranks at the Ukrainian Academy of Science and numerous foreign scientific academies and councils. He is a practicing professor at Uzhgorod National University and provides excellent resources for the Ukrainian software development team as the best and brightest students get internship positions within the company. Vasyl has been with Swan since 2006 and is in charge of management, human resources, and security at our Ukrainian office.

Alla Morozov - Vice President of Marketing

Alla Morozov has over 15 years of experience in the IT field as an Assistant Professor, Project Manager, and Business Development Manager. She has a Masters degree in Computer Science and holds a Project Management certification. Alla has been with the company since its inception and is well known in the Indianapolis business community. She is happily married to her husband, Alex, with whom she has four kids.

Aleksey Drobnych - Affiliated Technical Director

Aleksey Drobnych, Ph. D, has been with Swan since day one and has successfully managed and closed more than 200 software development projects. His primary responsibility is methodological work pertaining to Development Life Cycles and Development Environments, including setup and support. Currently, Aleksey is managing several development teams utilizing J2EE, .net, and Ruby-on-Rails development platforms involving as many as 60 engineers. He also functions as an IT trainer and Scrum Master.

Darrell Norris - Legal Counsel

Darrell Norris has been practicing law for 25 years. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law and Butler University. He has experience in Civil Trial Litigation, both plaintiff and defense, including Appeals, and has been General Corporation Counsel for an Indiana corporation engaged in domestic and international business. He has experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Indianapolis. Darrell has been a member of the Swan team since 2007.
